Entekra

In late 2018, Access Electric was awarded the contract for the electrical work on the 200,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building that would soon become the global headquarters for Entekra. Entekra is a Ripon California based company that specializes in automated, off-site framing of home construction. In order to do this, Entekra uses what they call a Fully-Integrated Off-Site Solution, or (FIOSS). With this style of framing and automation, all the framing for a modern home can be cut, packaged and shipped to the site of construction within a matter of hours, not days.

With the shell building completed, Entekra has also chosen Access Electric to be the electrical contractor to wire up this impressive factory right here in the heart of Modesto. We are very pleased to be a part of this project and the benefits it will bring to our community. Entekra estimates that, once completed, this new $35 million dollar facility will bring about 250 jobs to the Modesto area.
